On Saturday, May 19 through Monday, May 21, 2012, there will be twelve CKC all-breed herding trials held in Laidlaw, BC. That's near Hope, less than two hours east of Vancouver. The CCCC is the hosting club for the Monday trials.
Each day there will be three arena trials and one stock dog trial. Stock will be cattle, sheep and ducks.

On Saturday July 28 and Sunday July 29, 2012 the CCCC will be holding four CKC herding arena trials in Utopia, Ontario (about an hour north of Toronto). Stock will be sheep. Three of the trials will be all-breed, and Sunday morning will be for Cardigans only, as part of the national specialty.

The 2012 CCCC National Specialty will be held on Sunday July 29 (herding), Saturday August 4 (conformation) and August 3, 5 & 6 (other performance) in and around Barrie, Ontario.

The 2014 CCCC National Specialty is planned for the weekend of August 2-4, in Calgary, Alberta, with herding later in the week near Okotoks.
